Pros

Decent comp & benefits package (but honestly standard for a large, publicly-owned company).

Cons

Out-of-touch corporate culture that does not care and also knows very little about its operations and customer base. Highly decentralized and confusing org structure with lots of red tape and plenty of failed communication between departments.

Pros

In my ten years at Archrock, I have seen firsthand how Archrock prioritizes its people at every level. They've done a great job recognizing employee contributions and have made great strides in enhancing the employee experience to make Archrock a great place to work!

Cons

With a large geographical footprint and a 24/7 operational environment, things can move at a fast pace, which can be a challenge for those not used to this type of dynamic. However, strong teamwork and clear communication help manage this well.
