Pros

Archrock puts safety first. They have good benefits in place for their employees. They currently have good management from the top down and have been investing a lot into their employees for the past few years.

Cons

Most employees that complain the most about Archrock are bad employees and don't last. You will also see those employees have the same issues everywhere they go.

Stability, I have a work family here, who truly do care. I'm a prime example of being able to move up, as I started as a time entry, to AMS Billing, to OPS, to PM Scheduler, to an RC (supply chain parts), to RC / warehouse, to now I plan Inventory for all of the East from Michigan down to Louisiana. I am Home.

Cons

As with many companies, the struggle is with communication... BUT I see nothing but improvement year after year, and they continue to work on correcting an issue that arises, and not just sweep it under the rug.
