Too many up and downs in the oil and gas industry. Poor and lack of training. Gives in to the customers demands despite safety issues.

Benefits, nice coworkers when not playing politics

Cons

Poor leadership & overall lack of communication. Office politics dominated every aspect of the job & left employees exhausted when trying to do things the right way. There were incredible people working there that were chewed up and spit out within a year leaving everyone else to absorb their duties.
