Pros

Location if you enjoy working in downtown Denver and exploring what Denver has to offer outside of work. Close to public transit if you get off of work in time to use it.

Cons

Please take note of the reviews in October 2015 all being five stars and what historically the reviews have been prior to this. This is because upper management had a meeting to increase there perceived ratings and reviews online by having employees go online and write 5 star reviews. -------------------------- Benefits are terrible, 401k you are not fully vested for 5 years (you wont last five years), micro managing, work life balance is terrible, unpaid overtime with no compensation is expected, company has the best year financially and the bonus is meager (below corporate national average), everyone is waiting to leave after there two year contract is up because they are unhappy and they will be forced to pay back relocation, maternity leave is terrible expect to take time unpaid, expect to be treated like children by your unqualified manager, I would expect non of the benefits they promise unless you have it written in your contract, managers have there favorites who will be treated with bias, some employees unfairly get unlimited vacation while vast majority of the employees get stuck with vacation freezes and paid time off tallied by there managers. These views are shared among multiple employees that I interact with daily and the company is aware of the dissatisfaction but willing to do nothing about it.

We encourage all feedback from our team members, and appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. You are correct, our Senior Leadership has taken an interest in these Glassdoor reviews in hopes to better understand our team members sentiments. We strive to be a place where team members such as yourself can be proud of where we’re heading. As a relatively new company, our benefit package is still evolving and we are excited to share the benefits and resources that are available during the current open enrollment. Today, the company match is fully vested in your 401k after completing two years of service. Additionally, as a company we care about your pay being handled correctly, any and all overtime hours should be paid. Please reach out to your human resource partner as we want to help find a solution and be a continued resource for you.

Pros

Decent pay. Friends in your own small area will make the disconnect between what is said and what actually happens sting slightly less.

Cons

The complete lack of adherence to their own values. They make a big deal of "serving" each other but if you're down the food chain, you serve everyone else and all mistakes are blamed on you. You live in constant fear of upsetting the wrong person, mill, or department because all can and will get you fired at the slightest provocation. This does very little to enhance their "trust" value. You can be following the rules set down by the highest points of management, but if the right mill doesn't like it, they don't have to follow it and you catch the heat.

Pros

The only pro I see for this company is the location in downtown Denver. However, majority of employees can’t afford to live downtown, so the commute is extremely long. If they allow you to take a lunch break you can explore the area and the 16th street mall.

Cons

This company does NOT take care of their employees. The discrimination is visible from day one. The HR department is present to protect the company and NEVER the employees who are mistreated. Be prepared to experience vacation freezes especially around the holidays. This company was sold on being a “family oriented” company and is farthest from that statement. You aren’t treated like family, and you won’t get the time off you need to see your own family. Multiple illegal mistakes have been made by this company. The major being around paying their employees. They have underpaid multiple employees and its near impossible to get them to fix your paycheck. There are additional expenses that won’t be told to you before you are hired or sign a contract. The management needs to take a leadership class. Not only are they unprofessional, disrespectful, and manipulative, but they don’t keep confidential information confidential. The benefits are a joke. They know nothing about their own benefits. They hire out everything and give you a 1800 number to call. Good luck getting accurate information as there are always 5 different answers to one question. The company is well aware of how unsatisfied their employees are. They will do NOTHING to change their ways. They are sucking the life out of their employees by overworking them to the bone with forced overtime. If you are salary paid, don’t expect compensation in any way. There is a reason that there have been great leaders in the company quit. I truthfully don’t know how these leaders go home and sleep at night with the way they treat their people. ALL of the good hard workers will be GONE!
