Pros

Decent pay. Friends in your own small area will make the disconnect between what is said and what actually happens sting slightly less.

Cons

The complete lack of adherence to their own values. They make a big deal of "serving" each other but if you're down the food chain, you serve everyone else and all mistakes are blamed on you. You live in constant fear of upsetting the wrong person, mill, or department because all can and will get you fired at the slightest provocation. This does very little to enhance their "trust" value. You can be following the rules set down by the highest points of management, but if the right mill doesn't like it, they don't have to follow it and you catch the heat.

Pros

The company cares very deeply about their employees. Generous PTO and benefits package. The Senior leadership team are very friendly and make it very easy to connect with them. Very approachable and professional. Leaders at the plants are also very nice and fair, with a safety focus above everything. The company also makes it easy to move up and get promoted. I recommend working for this company!

Cons

Some of the tasks at the plant can be challenging. You just have to find a role you really like.
