I get to practice my SharePoint skills and be part of a great team with wonderful team/organizational dynamics. ArdentMC is a great company with really good opportunities . They have provided all the benefits I may need and importantly the work I'm involved in is interesting, challenging, and important! The company is a really well structured small business with a lot of support whenever I need and I have access to all the modern technology needs that I may need to get my job done successfully. Pros

Great benefits and compensation with a unique posture to grow in nearly any direction. Whether you are a developer, back-office, technician, or management, you can grow, and grow quickly at this company. I always felt that I mattered at ArdentMC, and was treated as such, by all upper management and employees alike. This company was not easy to walk away from, and if the opportunity arises, I would happily return.

Cons

Some parking limitations if you work at the Roslyn office, but can often be overcome by flexibility, depending on the position.
