Pros

The CEO is one of the best human beings you will ever meet. Very forward looking and very genuine. Up and coming government consulting company. WFH for most positions.

Cons

Some prima donnas but mostly great people to work with. No different than any other place in that regard. But overall, really good environment at the home office although some of the government clients can be trying.

Pros

A trusted contractor in IT solutions. You can easily excel if you’re willing to actually work hard and distinguish yourself from the rest of the pack. ArdentMC isn’t an especially competitive work environment, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t go out of your way to impress your boss. Like any company, the harder you work the higher you’ll rise.

I have nothing but praises for ArdentMC. The managers can be tough, but they’re genuinely nice people who go above and beyond for their staff. You won’t find any favoritism of any kind here. All employees are treated fairly. No disadvantages because of age, sex or race. The only factor holding you back from succeeding is you!

Cons

You can only move up so far before you hit a wall and can’t move up any further.
