Probably due to the transitional phase of the company, not all offices are on the same standard and the staff has a hard time seeing themselves as a part Ardurra family.

Cons

I haven't experienced any to date. Having worked in my chosen field for over 20 years its not like i haven't "been around the block" and I've seen my fair share of corporate debacles. This is a solid company.
