Good Management with a hands off approach. They hire good people train them for their jobs and expect to have you do your job with minimal hovering. Look inward to grow employees before hiring externally

Cons

PE Owned. Quick growth can create headaches at times. All in All company is growing at a much better rate then when first bought by the PE firm
