Pros

I coordinate the weekly staff appreciation breakfast; much appreciated. I also managed the end of year celebration / office party; good times. I, personally, appreciate the ways I am able to share staff appreciation in our office. I think it's the little (personal) things like birthday cards, ice cream socials, group outings, and so on that provide a pleasant little perk to the average work day.

Cons

Not really a con, but I think it would be beneficial to have a PTO bank as well as separate Wellness time bank (reserved for doctor appointments, ill child, etc.). PTO was kind of a con for me as all my vacation time was eaten up by an emergency surgery and follow-up visits with my doctor -- I could have personally benefitted more if I could have saved my PTO for actual vacation. :( Another non-con, but something I found strange; every other place I've ever worked with 401 K matching matched on each paycheck, Ardurra kicks in annually (seems like I'm losing out on some interest, no?).
