Great work-life balance. Fantastic team and events to get to know each other. Company offers a variety of resources and tools to help you succeed.

Cons

WFH may be somewhat heavy, though this is team-dependent. While the flexibility is great, early engineers such as myself may struggle to get a proper footing due to lack of exposure. Worth thinking about.

Constant change with new companies being acquired. Constant changing personnel, so you will feel less engaged, Constantly acquiring companies faster than implementing a company wide standard.
