Good work with good clients, pay is competitive if you put in the work. High growth firm with lots of opportunity.

Cons

Not everyone gets similar opportunity, politics matter more here than other places. Catty work environment. Lack of transparency/ uncertainty in how the company is really going to be in the future- could be bought out in the next 5 years by another engineering firm or private equity firm. This firm has virtually no boomerang hires for a reason.
