Low beauracracy and great people working

Cons

CEO only cares about buying companies and another C leader has been demoted and has to leave Ardurra. People we trust cannot help and many are quitting.

Pros

Sick/vacation/holiday pay, insurance, 401k. Paycheck is always on time.

Cons

Little to no positive recognition. Overall feelings of insignificance within large corporate structure. Supervisors generally have no communication with you unless to reprimand. You will never know where you stand with this company or where you are going. Frequent company - wide emails reporting the recent successes of the company and the high level of the employee satisfaction will leave you feeling gaslighted and resentful. Pay is, at best, average and at worst, insulting.

I'm sorry to hear your experience at Ardurra was not better. We are very much focused on manager training going into 2023; we recognize that an individual's experience is necessarily tied to their relationship with their manager, and that we owe it to our managers and staff to provide training and feedback to ensure that relationship is positive and engaging.
