Pros

I joined Ardurra just under 4 years ago after spending 15 years with an international giant within the industry. It was a welcome change, and in the time sense we have grown from 200 employees to more than 800 employees, and we have emerged as one of the most progressive and energized firms in the industry. We work hard to make Ardurra the employer of choice by creating people-focused programs and a culture that supports staff in their personal growth and development. It is truly a great company, and I am proud to be a part of the Ardurra family.

Cons

Nothing to note, but we are always looking for ways to improve our people programs.

Dear Employee - thank you for your feedback. Please note that we do provide a 401k match, but it is paid once annually (in February) for the prior year, which is common for most companies. We also have a performance bonus plan and in 2019 more than half of staff received a bonus as part of our annual process. Further, managers often use spot bonuses throughout the year to recognize specific wins, accomplishments, or milestones.
