20+ days off, 5% 40k match, full paid maternity leave, ok benefits program, short term disability insurance, life insurance.

Cons

Upper management (CEO, CFO, etc.) seem to be revolving doors. Decisions are made from the top down but don't take the little guy into consideration. Big company with small specialized branches - not what works for one, works for all.
