      Pros

      Very friendly environment. People are willing to help out and make sure the transition to a new professional environment is smooth. There seems to be very forward thinking from a developmental point of view.

      Cons

      I'm slightly disappointed that there is no deal with gyms for membership, but that's of no great concern.

      Pros

      Working at Argo has been a joy so far. The culture has been very accommodating and friendly however this doesn't take away from the methodical and detailed approach of doing business. The systems are efficient and easy to learn. I've enjoyed my first two months on the job.

      Cons

      There were some nuances to the systems that I had to spend some time with to understand however with a great team this didn't become a major obstacle.
