Corporate micromanagement by people who didn't really understand or know what was going on locally. General counsel/Chief Claims Officer involved at an extreme micro management level, without any direct understanding of the local conditions. Company does not practice what it claims to be it's values.

When quarterly company meetings start with the question, "Do you really fit in here?", you know that employees are not appreciated. No real PTO, you can take it but since you have no one to back you up in your position, you are expected to be on phone and computer handling your work load. Zero work life balance. Zero positive feed back, management quick to degrade effort.
