They are a growing company.
Cons
They do not promote from within. Almost every management position in the last 3 years have gone to outside personnel, transfers between departments is rarely if ever done. Micromanagement on every issue from top to bottom. Severe under staffing. Implements new procedures without input from staff that will have to utilize new programs to assist in determining if the new program will work or be of benefit. Making promises to new policyholders without determining if the department responsible can realistically complete the work promised. Better to tell the truth than make commitments that cannot later be kept due to under staffing, lack of necessary technology etc.
