Pros

A pretty stable place to work. Nice people. Easy to talk to and generally are willing to help you. Good 401k matching.

Cons

No direction for the future. Too much red tape and "culture" is pretty much non-existent. There are no incentives to do better. People just show up everyday and go through the motions.
