      A public company with an entrepreneurial spirit. Its size allows for less bureaucracy and more opportunity to truly make an impact on the overall success of the organization. The culture is one that thrives on collaboration and a desire to innovate. Fresh ideas are welcome.

      Cons

      While the company has a strong desire to innovate, technology can still get in the way of progress. The company is currently focusing it's attention on remedying this situation, but it can be a challenge in the short term.

      Pros

      I recently joined Argo and have many years of experience. Insurance is not usually know as a place to nurture the cutting edge, but Argo is different. Through the years I have seen that many insurance companies have similar issues. What makes Argo different is we have the will and foresight to tackle old problems with the latest tools and analytical models.

      Cons

      Although progress is being made, the data is still a bit fragmented. Data solutions is and should continue to be a focus.
