Pros
- The team is great (Besides higher ups) - Manager tries to be layback - Manager understands life may happen
Cons
- The higher ups have miscommunication - Their are tensions between higher ups and managers - Higher ups tend to make work feel very robotic - If you are with a higher up during lunch, all you ever talk about is work - The pay is honestly low, was fine with it as it was remote but now we are required to go to the office - They monitor every Monday if you badged into the office - Higher up tends to micro-manage ever project - You may get a bunch of work thrown at you at once
