      Pros

      My manager can do anything she asks me to do. She can help me when I am stuck. She also lets me be independent. Diversity training is offered. Continued education in insurance and specific technical fields is offered and supported. Great benefits. Flexibility. Leadership requests feedback and listens. I like Argo so much, I left to pursue a different path and returned. I am appreciative of being able to return.

      Cons

      Pay is not always up to par with the rest of the industry. This is being worked on.
