Pros

I had an excellent manager and our team worked really hard to build camaraderie despite being completely remote. The ERGs were fantastic for that and several were very intentional and active. I don't know how much the company listens to them, but the people were great. For what it's worth, when they laid me off they did it as gracefully as they could with no games or twists.

Cons

We had a constant revolving door of upper level management. It seemed like literally every month there was another departure and slight restructuring which left some initiatives in limbo. I was going to say this didn't impact me too much but then I remembered that one of these reshufflings did literally eliminate my job so... yeah sometimes it does.
