      Pros

      The company has talented and dedicated colleagues who genuinely care about their work. There are a few managers still try to support their teams despite changing company priorities. The core product/service remains strong and could thrive with the right leadership.

      Cons

      Culture Decline: Over the past year the company’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion has noticeably faded. Programs that were once celebrated are now underfunded or quietly shelved. Broken promises on remote work: Employees hired into fully remote roles are now being required to report to offices without relocation assistance being offered. Pay and relocation gaps: For those asked to move, they have to ask for a relocation package and salaries rarely match the higher expenses of the new location. There is little effort to adjust compensation accordingly. Questionable recent hiring decisions: Key roles are frequently filled by individuals with little or no relevant experience, leaving existing teams to shoulder extra work and training. Morale and retention: The combined effect of these changes has led to declining morale and the loss of many high-performing employees.
