      Good people and workers in the company Somewhat good work/life balance depending on your manager

      Cons

      Terrible senior leadership, zero communication Employees not valued, high turnover Remote positions allowed for some, most in office 5 days a week now HR making decisions on reporting structures that they aren’t familiar with Very modest raises, salaries don’t keep up with market. New hires make the same or more as workers with 10 years of experience in the company

      Pros

      People are great. PTO is good.

      Cons

      Brookfield leadership does not care about employees and backtracks on their word. Many employee benefits have been chipped away at or gotten rid of entirely (remote work, summer hours, 1% automatic 401k contribution, donation matching, work from home reimbursements, etc.). “Collaboration” is a lame excuse for RTO that companies use and most employees see through as they sit on Teams calls all day at the office. No longer a great place to work.
