Management loves to play with everyone's lively hood. They want to get too personally involved in your at home life. And. If you do not confirm you are made an outcast.

lots of feedback(some even usefull), sometimes easy to contact people, scheduling was usually clear, end user information (i.e. PAR sheets, Base chip information, etc..) was easily accessible for field techs.

Cons

obsessive focus on Overtime to the deteriment of normal operations, questionible job standards(i.e. "get the job done" vs "the approved way is.."), routine unequal division of labor among remote techs,
