Pros

They pay well so you have to stay, other companies Vegas don't pay as much

Cons

Our manager just shared the results of the global survey with our team. Wow. I didn't know it was that bad. Very low engagement across the company but stunning to see the US in such bad shape. Really makes everyone in our department feel good to tell the truth. Something has to be done about our culture. It is rotten to the core. If you are applying to work here, ask for the survey results, the data speaks for itself.

Pros

People you work with directly, pay was decent, usually got requested time off (except for certain busy periods)

Cons

Management is horrible now. Like mentioned before, a rudderless titanic and all ship bosses are clueless. Scared to make a decision for fear of reprisal. Good ole boy mgt. workers are burning out from stress.

Pros

- Great and multiple options for benefits - Industry standard decent salary - Friendly co-workers

Cons

- High Turnover: They lie to potential employees and say that the company is growing when this is far from the truth. The truth is that the turnover is exceedingly high as they "hire and fire” people. Unless you are a favorite, you will not be given a warning - only fired for the smallest mistake. Sadly, the “hire and fire” culture continues. Therefore, if you value stability within your career, don’t work here. - Bad Management: Management likes to play with people’s livelihood. Middle management has a judgmental, know-it-all attitude while remaining incompetent. The gaslighting, hypocritical, and manipulative personalities shine through like crystal glass. Bullying is warranted by senior management such as VP’s, etc. - 10 out of 10 stars for unprofessionalism. - Unethical Practices: If you like sharing hotel rooms on business trips with other employees who are strangers to you, then you should work here! When you go on business trips, they will make you stay in a hotel room with another employee in the company. You will have to share a room and will not be allowed your own. Not only is this unethical, but a liability. - Company values are not reflected: They do not put their people first, not in HR at least. - Not innovative: They aren't an innovative company with fresh ideas, so they rely on their employees for advice and ideas on how to run their business. While this may seem “nice” to feel included in potential fresh ideas it's really that they are just too incompetent in leadership to come up with any ideas themselves.
