      There are no positives that I can think of.

      Cons

      Low pay. You have certain members of IT leadership who actively break things and then lie about the reason for the outage claiming to be the hero that "fixed the problem" when it wouldn't have been a problem if IT didn't break it in the first place. Completely toxic place to work with management constantly belittling and degrading staff.

      Pros

      I was invited to participate in company activities, like game nights, frequently. Although I was a part-time employee that didn't have much importance in the company, these moments and additional responsibilities they trusted me with made me feel like a part of the company, even if it was just a small part.

      Cons

      The only negative thing I can think of is there wasn't much friendly communication during work hours, but that is sometimes appropriate in companies that desire effective work hours.
