      - Aristotle has great management. Whenever you are struggling it is easy to find the assistance you need. Management is involved in the day-to-day of the company and interact frequently with more junior employees. - The whole staff is friendly and helpful - Lots of responsibility without being micromanaged - good product and variety of offerings - opportunities for career development - plenty of work, you will never be bored - good work/life balance
