Management is horrible, they do not care about their employees. The morale here is even worse. Supervisors are incompetent and will shame and discipline employees if they personally do not like the employee or if they feel the employee inconvenienced them. The pay here is also way below what it is at other animal hospitals.

The lower management is not great. They promote friends that are not qualified and have too many personal relationships with people that they are supposed to supervise. Management should not hang out with their employees after hours on a regular basis.
