Terrible choices in management. Write ups and terminations instead of counseling and training. Do not work for them if you want a stable job or career.

A lot of favoritism occurred. If you weren't a favorite, you'd never move up or transfer departments. Management needs to be COMPLETELY changed. They never see what good you do, and never praise you for it, only when there is a problem do they scold you and write you up for it, instead of helping you improve to not make the same mistake again. If you are a $10 an hour employee, no one respects you. A lot of high school drama and people are extremely fake. Some of the people there don't even LIKE the animals, the technicians and the veterinarians. Very quick to mark and euthanize some animals, while others they give a chance, for the SAME ailment. Most everyone is texting on their phones all day long, so no one is paying attention to anything going on around them, or they are outside chain smoking on multiple breaks.
