Arizona Humane Society lives by their core values! Innovation, compassion, and excellence. They are always working on new ideas to save more lives, showing animals and people joy, and they are always striving to provided the best experience for everyone. There is room for growth with AHS, and they offer lots of training for employees!

Cons

It can be hard to see all the sad animal faces!

Pros

The care for the animals is great and rewarding. The customer and adopter interactions are both rewarding and heartfelt.

Cons

Management does not have a clue on how to handle people. Lately the agency cares more about money intake rather than animal intake. Turns away more animal than it accepts due to a high acceptance fee.
