      enjoyable, but very low pay for professionals

      Very collegial- faculty, staff and students interact in positive and professional ways

      Cons

      Compensation is very low compared to other colleges and universities, both smaller and larger, at least for staff positions. Discouraged to not have had a raise or promotion in five years time, due to budget issues.
