      - Opportunity to make a difference - if you can beat the cons (below) - Great entry level or short-term job opportunity - Affordable grad degree via employee tuition waiver - New job postings weekly as the economy improves and the truly talented follow the money

      Cons

      - Frustrating bureaucracy, death by forms - Government drone syndrome - Resistance to change - Lack of executive support - Little opportunity for advancement - Compensation waaaaay below private industry - Benefits okay if you're single with no kids, not as good as they used to be

      Pros

      Nice job, enjoyable to work with the other employees. Definitely a good job for a people person. It's a start in the sports industry.

      Cons

      Ticket sales department was outsourced. Low salary and okay commission structure. It's a foot in the door in the sports industry, but almost any other sports organization is going to make you start back at the bottom even after your experience here.

      Good benefits, including tuition break for furthering education. Access to interesting people among staff and faculty. Teamwork and collaboration opportunities.

      Cons

      Feudal empire Cutthroat, ruthless administration Unbelievable rigidity and incuriosity among leadership Zero sum game, with individual self-preservation at an all time high. Arrogance, and not much humor.
