Toxic Leadership at Dean-levels

Pros

President Crow is a visionary! Co-workers are dedicated and talented.

Cons

While university leadership is impressive, school-level leadership is toxic and political. Employees live in fear of being fired if they say the wrong thing to the wrong person. Employees do not matter.

Pros

Benefits are excellent for Healthcare

Cons

Management is poor, no people skills or even understanding of the actual work needed. At least within the Facilities group. Require to work on call, but are not paid for the inconvenience. Management makes up stories about other employees that are not true. Management also yells at employees.
