Cons

Feedback on Management Performance – Stephanie Peabody at ASU EdPlus During my time collaborating with Stephanie Peabody at ASU EdPlus, I encountered several challenges related to her management approach that significantly impacted team effectiveness and project outcomes. Specifically: Lack of Clear Direction: Project goals and priorities were frequently unclear or shifted without proper communication, leading to confusion among team members and delays in deliverables. Limited Stakeholder Engagement: There were multiple instances where key stakeholders were not adequately consulted, which resulted in misaligned expectations and rework. Micromanagement Tendencies: Instead of empowering team members, Stephanie often micromanaged tasks, which hindered individual initiative and team morale. Inconsistent Communication: Feedback was often delayed or inconsistent, making it difficult for the team to stay aligned and make timely decisions. While Stephanie possesses strong domain knowledge, I believe her impact would be significantly improved by adopting a more collaborative leadership style, providing clearer direction, and cultivating trust and autonomy within her teams.
