      Pros

      Everyone promotes good communication and team work. There's lots of opportunity for growth and trying out new things. Consistent check-ins are great to review what is going well and what could be improved. They love to celebrate accomplishments :)

      Everyone at the company works hard and as a team. They have an open door policy too which is nice. They have a lot of company events which makes us all feel like part of a family.
