      Absolutely none. This is not the type of organization you want to be associated with.

      Cons

      Management does not share feedback or expectations of your job. I went through 4 interviews to finally get an offer for the position. After less than 2 weeks, I was let go. No constructive feedback given, no warnings provided. I suggest you stay away from this company, they will not look out for you at all.

      Great environment. Managers are very understanding and care about their employees. Coworkers are easy to work with. Excellent work life balance.
