      Pros

      Management and supporting staff was very communicative, engaging, and up-front during the hiring process. Onboarding process was seamless and efficient and as a new hire I already feel part of the team. Management is engaged on a daily basis providing any needed guidance to every employee and constantly volunteers any support needed. Arkham is a great place to work.

      Cons

      Doesn't seem to be a lot of choices to eat lunch within walking distance, but Arkham has free snacks.

      - safe environment to work in - friendly community - free from discrimination - not scared to give feedback for improvements

      Cons

      it could get super busy somedays and other days there work flow isn't as fluid so it really depends on your position
