Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback on your experience working at Arlo. I am disappointed to hear that your experience at Arlo is not what we strive for. We do, however, take feedback seriously, as we seek to create a fair, equitable and supportive employee experience. As we are in a fast-paced industry, staying nimble is key to being competitive, and it’s understandable that this can sometimes create a feeling of being out of sync or disconnected. That said, transparency and open communication are key in my organization, and if not already, I encourage you to meet with your manager on a weekly basis to keep yourself informed about the latest developments and strategic direction at Arlo.
