Fast paced envorinment with insiprational leadership. Great technology and positioning in the market. Ability to influence and be a part of something that has a bright future. Company culture rewards hard work but also promotes from within and nurtures talent. Good compensation in line with the market.

Cons

Can come with prssure but no more than you would expect in a publicly traded company.

Pros

I've been working for Arlo before it was spun off from Netgear. It's growing fast and the team has a startup mentality and work very closely with determination and great execution. R&D team has lots of talented and hardworking engineers and communication and coordination are efficient, ideas get implemented quickly. Roadmap is becoming more and more clear, some projects have been cut to focus resources on important things. Management has shown vision and leadership. Work from home since the pandemic and people don't have to spend lots of time commuting. Work life balance is great compared to other companies I worked for.

Cons

Some teams need to adjust the working time to work with the offshore teams.
