Pros

Visibility, Salary, Flexibility (work from home, Summer Fridays), no micro management. Treated like an adult. If you're prepared to work hard and take responsibility, you will reap the rewards. If you're looking for boring work and leave every day at 4.30pm, you will be found out very quickly.

Cons

Still a start-up, process efficiencies need to be fine-tuned. Understaffed in many departments still, although this is improving.

Excellent people. Good collaboration and team work across cross functional and within individual groups. Work recognition. Rewards. Top class products and customer satisfaction. Open door policy.

Cons

Company stock price is quite low since the IPO.

Great benefits and wage compensation. Hiring process was a calm 3 person individual interview. Onboarding was thorough and informative.

Cons

Small company so gossip travels like wildfire. Not their fault directly, but not as diverse as one would lead to believe
