Very fast paced, sometimes it lacks proper planning for execution and things get hectic.

Not much good to say.

Cons

Execs flip flop on decisions. Act like they know more than the subject matter experts. CEO over rides decision at the last minute. Read the Vizio reviews. same thing going on now.
