Pros

Pay and benefits are good. Flexibility to work from home when needed.

Cons

The work life balance is a joke. The consumer electronics business is built on the back of the free hours that the salaried employees give to the company but Arlo is currently taking this to new levels. Senior leadership isn't focused and seems to have a really bad case of ADD most of the time. Micro management is rife.

When it comes to working with fantastic people who are deeply engaged in their work, absorbed by meaningful and inspirational projects and challenge Arlo is the place to be. I love the freedom and flexibility to direct my own work and learning in an empowered and professional environment - this enables me to focus and achieve more.
