      Pros

      Exciting, fast moving, digital design projects with talented and motivated engineers. Promotions and annual review seem to be based on merit and reasonably objective. Relaxed work environment - little politics (at least at my level) and generally consensus based decision making.

      Cons

      Can be significant pressure to deliver, particularly around project deadlines. Has reputation for offering mediocre reward package (but can't personally confirm). Recent acquisition has potential to be unsettling.

      Thanks for leaving a review! As part of the acquisition, it was agreed between Softbank and ARM that we would retain our culture and branding. Basically, don't mess with made us so successful in the first place! The only change that we are seeing is the increase in hiring at a faster pace, as to accelerate growth in the IoT markets alongside our other IP groups such as CPUs and GPUs.
