Thanks for leaving a review! With the recent Softbank acquisition, ARM will be accelerating growth in the IoT space. As a key player in this rapidly growing market, our engineers have the opportunity to make a huge difference, both from a hardware and software space. To those who don't know about ARM, we are seen more as a traditional hardware company, where in actuality we are 50% hardware and 50% software. We do need to shift focus a bit more towards the software market entry as you mentioned, and with the increase in headcount over the next 5 years, we hope to achieve just that! -Rick C. Thanks for leaving a review! First, I want to to thank you for over 7 years of service at the ARM Bangalore office! That means you've been a part of ARM for over a quarter of our existence as a company! An excellent work/life balance at ARM is something we encourage all employees to strive towards, and will continue to do so, even post-Softbank acquisition. As mentioned in other reviews, the base salary is usually in the 75% band, meaning you can expect to make more than 75% of your peers in the industry and region. Once you factor in other benefits such as the annual bonus and the now former RSU program, the total rewards package is quite competitive.
