Really at the heart of the high-tech industry. Challenging work. Good location. Good benefits package and incentive schemes. Good parties. Collegiate, low-stress atmosphere

Cons

Onerous management review and development system. Could make more money working elsewhere: pay is not adjusted according to local living expenses.

As far adjustment for local living expenses, this has been noted by many others regarding Cambridge, and sadly a factor outside our control. However, compensation across all regions/teams is being reviewed by the Rewards team, and they will make adjustments where necessary once completed.
