      Be at the heart of the action! ARM is working with all semiconductor manufacturers on very advanced projects: if you're a geek, you will like this!

      Cons

      Many meetings (that's ARM's culture!)... sometime you may think this is not the best way to be productive

We partner with the biggest as well as the smallest semiconductor companies out there, so our employees have a great opportunity to be part of the booming Internet of Things. And you're absolutely right, if you're a geek, you'll like it at ARM! Meetings are a part of the culture here, we are trying to encourage different channels of communication like Skype and Yammer for smaller, but more frequent bits of communication. Depending on your role within ARM, it can be either technical or non-technical at all. If the work duties don't match the job description you applied for, that's something that should be addressed with your line manager.
