You've been "let go" due to "performance issues"

Pros

-Free lunches. They will bill their non-profit clients for the office lunch everyday -Employees are allotted 21 days of PTO, however, you probably don't want to take those days off unless you want to get bad performance reviews -There are many mandatory professional development meetings that will really help you develop as an associate at this company

Cons

-They won’t match your 401k -You will have to be careful about what you say because certain managers are very sensitive about what you say -They will use "professionalism" as a catch all term. What this means is they want you to always be nice to them or it's your job -If you are just starting out, your manager will make an excuse to fire you by setting a meeting for 9 AM the previous night at 10 PM. The meeting is obviously very important. Yes, they will keep track of your transgressions like they are a hall monitor -You will be given a vague reason for being fired like “performance issues.” I’ve spoken to other associates and this is their bread and butter. They will over-hire, then quickly terminate new associates. They won't clearly explain or communicate with you. They will just expect you to know and then fire you after
