Pros

Some people have great knowledge and are generous with sharing it, but others are less collaborative.

Cons

Management lacks effective leadership and is primarily focused on billable hours rather than supporting employees or ensuring consistent client service. There is frequent pressure to make projects look profitable for realization purposes, which often leads to unreported hours and “eating time.” Frequent layoffs occur with no transition planning, creating confusion and disruption for clients and overburdening remaining staff. High charge rates and tight deadlines prevent adequate time from being spent on deliverables, resulting in inconsistent work quality and employee burnout.

Pros

Not really sure I can think of much except for a paycheck.

Cons

Toxic toxic toxic. Billable hours drive everything. The pay and raises are not competitive. Company is worried about their outward appearance on social media instead of worrying about employee’s needs and office culture. No transparency.

Pros

Self-managed PTO 80 hours of sick time Benefits Some partners actually care unfortunately they have no power.

Cons

Micromanagement You have no voice Leaders push for hours yet ask you to send some of your work to the India team Inconsistent communication No appreciation for employees Lack of empathy when employees need time off to deal with personal matters So many changes all at once and the expectation is that we learn it all and still meet our billable hours. Managers are always being belittled and blamed for everything. The culture used to be great and this past year it turned toxic. Having a CPA license lost its value here. They want everything to be sent to India.
